Who would have believed that Guernsey could could repeat last years heroics and win both the Veterans game and Siam Cup Guernsey quite simply had more passion and desire than Jersey and out played them in all areas. They were awesome and thoroughly deserved their third Siam win in four seasons. The score line of 22-13 would have been even more emphatic with a little more luck on the goal kicking front. Jersey have just been promoted to London div 1 which is quite an achievement but were made to look ordinary in front of an ecstatic home crowd.
